Jeremy Coenen

Jeremy Coenen has served as the Youth Director at First Presbyterian since January of 2005 and was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in December of 2006. Originally from Madison WI, he graduated from Trinity University in Deerfield IL with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies. While there he met his wife, Sarah, whom he married in May of 1999. More recently he earned a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia PA. During these studies he served as an intern at Proclamation Presbyterian Church, Bryn Mawr PA, where he worked with teens and other age groups in the church. Sarah and Jeremy live in Scotia with their son, Andrew. Jeremy enjoys snowboarding, reading, cooking and walking.
