A congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) www.pcanet.org. We are a confessional church committed to the inerrancy of the Bible, the historic doctrines of the Reformed faith, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Our Goal: It is our desire to impact our city and surrounding regions with the Biblical message of Jesus Christ, that as a community, so freed and transformed, we would worship God, invite others to experience His life-changing power, and reach people around the world for His glory.
2014 Theme Verse "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." Luke 10:2
April 27 morning worship sermon: "How Do We Know Heaven Is for Real?" Do we trust the words of those who write books about having been there, or do we trust the Word of God and the testimony of the Son of God who came from heaven? On Sunday evening, we will continue our studies in 1 Timothy, looking at the second half of chapter 2 to understand the roles of men and women in church leadership. On Wednesday evening, family night begins with a delicious dinner at 5:45 followed by children's and music ministries and prayer meeting. Next week begins our spring 9 am Sunday School term with four classes offered for adults: 1) Old Testament Survey (with John Stovall), 2) Respectable Sins; Confronting the Sins We Tolerate (Jerry Bridges' book with Pastor Roff; 3) Moses and the Burning Bush; Discovering the Character of God (R. C. Sproul video with Rob Roy); and 4) Treasures of Encouragement; Women Helping Women in the Church (Sharon Betters' book with Tammy Mills).
